Who is Lior Law Ltd (previously known as 'Jess Cornish Law')?
I am Jessica Lior (previously Jess Cornish) I am a Consultant Solicitor specialising in commercial property transaction work and property investment portfolio work. I work as a consultant solicitor to Law Firms and will be able to provide you with legal services and advice only once you have instructed me in accordance with the Law Firm’s Terms of Business. What happens to your Personal Data?
When you are one of my business or consumer clients:

This is so that I can fulfil my contract to you and provide you with the services that I offer. Any paper records are shredded when no longer needed. I will keep your personal data during our business relationship in accordance with the Privacy and Data policies of the Law Firms you instruct me through.

I use Cookies on the website which collect various types of personal data. The types of data obtained about you may include your visits to my website; page views, downloads, navigation and exit; IP address; geographical location; browser type and version; operating system; referral source; length of Your visit.
Some cookies are necessary to ensure that the website works correctly, and other cookies require your consent. At present my website does not use anything other than essential cookies for which consent is not required. If this changes in the future, I will update this policy and provide a lawful way for you to consent or not as you wish.

If you send us an enquiry via email, social media or the website: I will answer your enquiry or respond to your request and enter into correspondence with you. I will keep this as long as is necessary and then securely delete.
What communications will you receive from me?
Non-Marketing Communications
If you have made enquiries about my services;
I will be in contact you by phone, text or email to explain the process of referring you into one of the Law Firms I consult to, so that I am able to provide you with legal advice and other services.
Marketing Communications
If you are one of my business clients:
I would like to send you marketing emails if I feel that my services would be beneficial to you. These would be occasional and proportionate, and you are free to opt out at any point.
I will use legitimate interest as a legal basis for marketing communications. I have carried out an assessment to ensure that I have a lawful right to do so. However, you are free to object to me marketing to you in this way. If this is the case, you can get in touch with me and I will ensure that your name is removed from the marketing list.
What sort of Marketing do I do?
I use social media sites such as Linkedin and Instagram. We may have connected up on Facebook Closed Groups where Jessica Lior is a member
Who do I share your data with?
I share data with Law Firms I consult to:
Once I have been introduced and when you are ready to engage my services, I will refer you into one of the Law Firms that I work with. This is so that I am able to receive your instruction and provide you with the services you require from me.
I am very careful about who I share your personal data with. I make sure that the organisations I work with, such as couriers, take your personal data as seriously as I do. I would never share your data with third parties for marketing activity without your express consent.
The organisations I share data with are:
IT company, Webhosts, Marketing Consultancy, other Professional Services as required, Law Firms. I use Microsoft and Trello within the business to communicate and make sure we run efficiently.
Social Media:
I have the following business social media accounts: Instagram and Linkedin. I also use my personal Facebook account on various Facebook groups, which is how we may be first introduced.
Do I transfer your personal data outside of the UK/EEA?
The systems, apps and third parties I use that are outside of the UK/EEA have the proper safeguards in place.
