Recent projects include; the sale of a garden centre for over £1.5M, purchase and subsale of development land for over £1M, Purchase of 3 new commercial retail units to expand local holiday letting business, sale of successful Cornish pub steeped in local history, share sale of Cornish organic skincare business and coordinating 5 simultaneous lease renewals in community office space.

I act for a wide range of clients, but mainly for small business owners and managers. I enjoy getting to understand my clients' businesses and working with them to help them achieve their goals. I also act for a number of Parish Councils, and Agricultural Farmers and Land Owners throughout Cornwall and particularly in the West.
